Dreams are often interpretation of your body that are designed to help give you wisdom and guide you toward intelligent actions.
My dream was about Terry Fox...
Cancer took a leg from him and eventually took his life...
But before it did he ran 5,373 kms...
(3,339 miles)…
On one fucking leg!
Every day he ran a marathon...
In my dream Terry was running up a steep hill and people were gathered around to cheer him on...
Be like Terry, but without the tragic ending.
Keep pushing forward.
My feet are sore.
I've been on my feet more than ever before.
Adjusting to new boots and getting my space ready for winter...
Walking to the gym,
Walking to get coffee or food...
Walking more than I have in years.
I'm glad my feet are sore…
Soreness means I’ve been striving…
No pain, no gains.
During COVID I got up to 300lbs...
Walking helped me get to where I am today: 218lbs and way happier with my health and myself.
I'm going to keep walking and striving towards the life I want...
I encourage you to do the same...
There is so much wisdom in your body and your dreams...
Listen to your body when it speaks to you..
Life is an uphill battle: Keep climbing!
Your friend in strength,
Garin
