Hey there,
Today I recorded a podcast who flew higher than the vast majority of humans ever will.
He flew to the International Space Station. Twice.
Once on the American Space Shuttle Discovery…
And once on a Russian Soyuez Rocket on the Gagarin mission.
The Gagarin mission was launched in honour of Yuri Gagarin, who was the first man to launch to space!
I asked Ron a bunch of questions about:
Working out in Space
Space walks
His ejection from a F-16 fighter jet at the last second
Launching into space
Sleeping in space
Returning from space
The Orbital Perspective
Plus some of the most exciting parts of his new book and audio book Floating in Darkness!
I listened to Ron’s new audio book and really enjoyed it.
Hopefully you enjoy our converation…
