The Inseparability of Physiology and Mood

Advice that has stood the test of time: Healthy body, healthy mind.

I won the game.

Ironically I feel the best I have felt in weeks.

Not because I enjoy captivity. (I don’t)

Because I have been detoxing and treating my body right:

✔️ Drinking plenty of water

✔️ Eating healthy

✔️ Exercising daily

✔️ Getting enough sleep

Before jail I was:

❌ Drinking beer daily (Too much)

❌ Eating junk food

❌ Not sleeping right

So now that I have gotten my healthy habits on point and feeling physically better/stronger than when I was free I again understand deeply the importance of treating my body right.

My recommendation is to follow advice which has stood the test of time: Healthy body, healthy mind.

Because a healthy version of yourself will outperform an unhealthy version of you every time.
